Harson Projects Pte Ltd was founded in 2019, but our journey began long before that.
We started as freelance furniture designers, collaborating with established, top-tier furniture companies and brands. Through these experiences, we developed a deep understanding of design, craftsmanship, and the exacting standards required in high-end furniture production.
Along the way, we were entrusted with opportunities to support and deliver for hospitality projects. What began as individual project involvement soon evolved into something greater — as we took on more responsibilities, managed larger scopes, and built the confidence of clients within the hotel industry.
This progression naturally led to the formation of Harson Projects — a company built on real, hands-on experience, not just ambition.
Today, we specialize in delivering premium-quality, customized furniture solutions for hotels and hospitality spaces across the United States, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. Backed by our own factories in China, Malaysia, and Indonesia, we maintain full control over production — ensuring consistent quality, reliable timelines, and competitive pricing.
Whether developing bespoke designs or working closely with hotel designers, architects, and consultants based on their drawings and specifications, we integrate seamlessly into each project team. Our role is to translate design intent into well-crafted, functional furniture — delivered with precision, consistency, and attention to detail.

As part of our commitment to delivering consistent quality and scalability, Harson Projects has invested in and partnered with our main manufacturing facility in China — Classic Tongda.
This strategic partnership gives us full confidence in our production capabilities, allowing us to support projects of varying scales with efficiency, precision, and reliability.
In our factory, we are equipped to manufacture a comprehensive range of furniture across multiple materials and finishes — from wood, metal, and upholstery to specialized furnishings tailored for hospitality environments. Our facility is structured to handle both standard and highly customized requirements, ensuring flexibility for every project.
We operate with dedicated departments covering sales, marketing, design development, production, quality control and logistic support. This integrated approach allows us to manage projects seamlessly from initial concept to final inspection, maintaining strict standards at every stage.
To support client engagement, we have developed multiple full-scale hotel showrooms within our facility. These spaces allow clients to experience our craftsmanship firsthand, review design details at actual scale, and gain confidence in the final product before production.
